<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for allowing customers and administrators to order articles without worrying about incomplete ordering of the articles or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Article information on articles to be ordered in wedding ceremonies is stored in an article information storage part, article information on the articles selected by the customers, an order limit for each piece of article information, order flags are stored in an event information storage part in association with one another for each wedding ceremony. When a request to select the article is received from a customer terminal, the article information extracted from the article information storage part is transmitted so as to be individually selected. When the selection information on the article is received from the customer terminal, the received selection information is stored in an event information storage part. On the other hand, when information on an unordered article whose order time limit reaches within a predetermined period is detected by referring to the event information storage part, time limit information is transmitted to an administrator terminal with the article information.
