<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a total throughput in the entire frame in a radio communication system having a plurality of base stations BS. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a plurality of base stations for performing communication by using a plurality of common frequencies, and a plurality of terminal stations.
