<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a live attenuated vaccine having promoted effectiveness for preventive or therapeutic immunization of an individual against pathogen infection/human disease, a recombinant vaccine to use an avirulent vector, and a DNA vaccine. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a plasmid containing nucleotide sequences encoding an immunogen operably linked to a regulatory element and encoding an immunomodulating protein operably linked to the regulatory element, wherein the immunomodulating protein is selected from MCP-1, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, IL-8, RANTES, L-selectin, P-selectin, E-selectin, CD34, GlyCAM-1, MadCAM-1, VLA-1, Mac-1, p150.95, PECAM, ICAM-3, CD2, IL-18, CD40, vascular growth factor, nerve growth factor, vascular endothelial cell proliferation factor, Fas, TNF receptor, Flt, Apo-1, p55, WSL-1, DR3, TRAMP, Apo-3, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
