PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink constituted by stacking porous flat plate-shaped plates, improving reliability of its seal section, easily manufacturable, and reducing use materials. SOLUTION: A core 4 composed of a laminated body of porous flat plate-shaped first plate 1 and second plate 2, is integrally brazed and fixed between a first casing member 7a and a second casing member 7b at least one of which is recessed and formed into the dish shape, and has a pair of tank sections 10a.
