<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing structure capable of improving sound-absorbing efficiency, in a sound-absorbing structure of a plate-film vibration type. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An acoustic filter 50 provided outside of a vibration object 30 includes a rectangular frame body 51 and a plurality of plate bodies 52 arranged into the shape of a grating, and for forming a plurality of flow paths 53. The acoustic filter 50 gives vertical direction components to sound which passes each flow path 53. As a result, the sound reaches from a vertical direction to the vibration object 30. As energy of the sound is efficiently transmitted to the vibration body 30, the sound-absorbing efficiency is improved, as compared to a sound-absorbing structure without the acoustic filter 50.
