PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transporting flexible pipe in which the occurrence of deterioration and corrosion in a plastic layer and a metal reinforcement layer by a corrosive gas etc., contained in a fluid flowing inside is prevented, and the occurrence of corrosion etc., in the metal reinforcement layer accompanying seawater absorption from the outside is prevented even when the pipe is immersed in seawater for a long period of time, and a method for producing the fluid transporting flexible pipe. SOLUTION: On the periphery of an interlock pipe 3, a seating bed layer 5a is provided as required. On the periphery of the seating bed layer 5a, a shielding layer 7 is provided. The shielding layer 7 shields the corrosive gas from the fluid flowing through the interlock pipe 3, a substance in a supercritical state, etc. The shielding layer 7 is formed by a laminated film.
