<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a contact at a spiral section of a filament when using the spiral filament. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In an electrode mount where first and second leads 31a, 31b are connected with the filament 32, the filament 32 has first and second leg sections 321a, 321b, and a spiral section 322 connected with the first and second leg sections 321a, 321b. The first leg section 321a is connected with a pointed head of a first lead 311a, the second leg section 321b is connected to a pointed head of a second lead 311b, and at least one of pointed head sides of the first and second leads 311a, 311b is bent. For example, the pointed heads of the first and second leads 31a, 31b are respectively bent in one-quarter turn directions of first and second helical sections 322a, 322b.
