PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus mounted on an ion generating device, which is capable of emitting ions effectively for a long period of time by suppressing aging deterioration of a discharge electrode. SOLUTION: The cosmetic apparatus is divided by an elastic attaching member 66, which functions also as a partition member, into a space X2 around a needle electrode 63 in an ion generating part 33 (an ion discharging part 61) and a space X1 within a cosmetic apparatus body 12.
