PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom draining device in which the inside of a hair catcher is immersed in a swirl flow by turning bathroom drain water in an accepting chamber, and when the bathroom drain water is discharged, the hair catcher is immersed deep in the water and when the bathroom drain water is not discharged, the hair catcher is positioned at a place at a further upper side than a water-sealed surface. SOLUTION: When the user pushes a button 34a to drain water from a bathroom 3, a plug 31 is raised for opening, the hair catcher 15 is lowered, and a swirl flow is formed in the accepting chamber 11. Since the hair catcher 15 is immersed deep in the water, refuse is efficiently collected to the inside bottom surface center of the hair catcher 15. After the drainage of water from the bathroom 3 is completed, a user pushes the button 34a once more.
