PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method capable of measuring the number of units when summation of components for each block is set to be one unit. SOLUTION: The analysis method of block copolymers includes: a process for measuring T<SB>ODT</SB>of block copolymers; a process for calculating a relationship between the molecular weight per block of one component of block copolymers and T<SB>ODT</SB>of block copolymers; a process for acquiring the molecular weight per block of one component corresponding to the measured T<SB>ODT</SB>, based on the relationship; a process for calculating molecular weight obtained by totaling the respective components of block copolymers for each block according to the ratio of molecular weight of each component of block copolymers and molecular weight per block of one component; a process for measuring the molecular weight of one polymer chain of block copolymers; and a process for calculating the number of units of block copolymers by dividing the measured molecular weight of one polymer chain by molecular weight obtained by totaling the respective components of block copolymers for each block.
