<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-floor type vehicle improving riding comfort of a passenger by reducing lateral pressure of the vehicle and preventing generation of vibration and squeak sound of the vehicle and reducing wear of a wheel flange, during curved track traveling of the vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This low-floor type vehicle includes a journaling member 10 connecting a pair of wheels 8 and mounted on a truck frame 9 and a truck frame lateral beam 9a arranged along the vehicle width direction at a position closer to a center of the truck frame 9 from the journaling member 10. The journaling member 10 is turnably constituted in relation to the truck frame 9. A pair of right and left stub links 12 extending between the journaling member 10 and the truck frame lateral beam 9a are provided. Axes 12b passing both end parts 12a of the pair of stub links 12 are arranged to be inclined to mutually widen a space of the vehicle width direction from the truck frame lateral beam 9a toward the journaling member 10. Each of both end parts 12a of the stub links 12 is rotatably mounted around an axis extending in the height direction in the journaling member 10 and the truck frame lateral beam 9a.
