<p>The disclosed pre-filled syringe manufacturing method is a method to manufacture pre-filled syringes that are provided with an outer tube that has an opening at the tip, a gasket that can slide inside the outer tube, and a drug solution that is accommodated in the space surrounded by the outer tube and the gasket. The method comprises a drug solution filling process wherein the drug solution is poured into the outer tube before a scale that indicates the liquid volume in the outer tube is applied, and the gasket is inserted from an opening at the base of the outer tube to seal in the drug solution, an inspection process to inspect inside the outer tube that has been filled with the drug solution, and a scale application process to apply a scale on the outside surface of the outer tube by printing.</p> |
