<p>The invention discloses a method and a system for enabling interactive voice response service. The method includes a service logic execution module sends the received request message to a procedure controller, the procedure controller obtains the service operation number and its corresponding operation attribute by searching in the lookup table in the procedure controller based on the request message, and sends them to a procedure parser, the procedure parser parses the received service operation number and its corresponding operation attribute to obtain the data which accords with the predefined format, a service control point unit performs corresponding operation based on the data which accords with the predefined format. The system includes the service logic execution module, the procedure controller and the procedure parser. The invention can decrease the quantity of the service code effectively and overcome the shortcoming of bad flexibility.</p> |
