<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing arm attachment structure of disk loader, by which the smooth swing operation of the swing arm is not impaired by burrs even when the burrs are caused at an edge part or the like of an aperture of a chassis by a punching process; and to prevent floating and sinking of the swing arm. <P>SOLUTION: The swing arm attachment structure has a swing arm 20 and a swing guide mechanism 30 attached to a chassis 10 so as to swing. The swing guide mechanism 30 includes a floating preventing piece 51 and a sinking preventing piece 61. The floating preventing piece 51 has a supporting piece part 55 and a first projection part 56, and a gap space S1 is formed between the chassis 10 and the supporting piece part 55. The sinking preventing piece 61 is formed by a second projection part 62, and a gap space S2 is formed between the swing arm 20 and the chassis 10.
