<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly clip anchor fixing a wire harness when it has structure variability of a wire harness attaching member and opposite side mating holes are offset and arranged in upper/lower directions from the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly clip anchor includes an anchor part engaged to the mating holes of a vehicle and a plate-like first wire harness attaching part which is separated from the anchor part and in which an assembly protrusion is installed in a sidewall. A locking object to the mating holes is arranged above the anchor part. A wire harness attaching part coupling part is disposed below the anchor part.
