PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronously reproduce a panoramic video and a selected area which are reproduced on a streaming basis.

SOLUTION: Contents of a distribution request received from a reproduction terminal are confirmed. When the contents of the distribution request from the reproduction terminal show a request to distribute selected-area encoded video data for displaying the area selected from the panoramic video reproduced by the reproduction terminal on the streaming basis, the selected-area encoded video data requested by the reproduction terminal to be distributed are retrieved from an encoded video data storage unit, and the selected-area encoded video data retrieved from the encoded video data storage unit are read out from the same reproduction time as the panoramic encoded video data being distributed to the reproduction terminal of the panoramic video having the selected area extracted and put together with the panoramic encoded video data being distributed to be distributed to the reproduction terminal on the streaming basis.
