<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an image, from which influences of fixed pattern noise have been eliminated, while performing user intended imaging operation when continuously executing main exposure and dark exposure during imaging. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an operating member which is operated in imaging; a signal acquiring unit for continuously executing main exposure utilizing subject light and dark exposure comprised of the same exposure time as that of the main exposure and shielding the subject light, when the operating member is operated, to acquire an image signal based on subject light and a dark-time signal in shielding subject light, respectively; a receiving unit for receiving operation of the operating member during the dark exposure; an exposure stop unit for stopping the dark exposure due to the signal acquiring unit when the operation of the operating member is received by the receiving unit; and an image correcting unit for correcting the image signal during the main exposure on the basis of the dark-time signal which is obtained during the dark exposure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
