<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel having impact resistance which performs optical adjustment, by the tilting of a specific lens holding frame in the barrel body and decentering of an optical axis, and thereafter, stably keeps the adjusted state over a long period. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a lens-holding members holding lenses; the cylindrical barrel body; and a lens-adjusting mechanism of adjusting the position of the lens-holding member toward the inner peripheral side of the barrel body. A plurality of through-holes are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the barrel body, and pin members are attached on the outer peripheral surface of the lens-holding member through the through-holes; and the lens-holding member is secured to the barrel body with adhesive filled around the pin members from the through-holes.
