<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsification apparatus stably emulsifying even small amount of dispersed phase liquid, compared to a case of not employing a system of pressurizing a dispersion emulsified by a pressurizing liquid and feeding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The emulsification apparatus includes, for example: a first tank 20 (first storage tank) storing continuous phase liquid 10; a second tank 22 (second storage tank) storing the dispersed phase liquid 12; an emulsifying module 30 disposed in the continuous phase liquid 10 stored in the first tank 20 and discharging the dispersed phase liquid in a particulate state and emulsifying into the continuous phase liquid; and a pressurizing liquid 14 stored in the second tank 22 together with the dispersed phase liquid 12, forming an interface with the dispersed phase liquid 12, and pressurizing the dispersed phase liquid 12 from the interface and feeding the liquid to an emulsification member.
