<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply inspection circuit capable of individually changing a process depending on the life of an article, relating to a plurality of circuits constituting a power supply circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A power supply inspection circuit which determines article life of a plurality of power supply circuits includes a ripple component detecting part for detecting a ripple component of DC voltage supplied from the power supply circuit, a selection part which switches connection to the plurality of power supply circuits or to the ripple component detecting part and selects a power supply circuit 80 of which ripple component has been detected, and a process control part which individually determines article life of respective poser supply circuits according to the detected ripple component, and changes a process for the power supply circuit thereafter according to the selected power supply circuit.
