<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of not only executing predetermined processing but also achieving flexible and various processing in a software manner with a simple configuration when executing the processing at a high speed by using a circuit in a hardware manner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus includes an action array 10 including action circuits 101 to 105 each of which executes state transition by a prescribed transition method, a determination circuit 11 starts any one of the action circuits 101 to 105 on the basis of a To-Do list 12, and a state transition combined on the basis of respective state transitions is executed. When a state is transited to a specific state in the combined state transitions, design for executing prescribed processing is performed, so that various functions can be achieved.
