PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic device making more ions reach a target by making the positional relations between a mist nozzle and an ion nozzle appropriate. SOLUTION: The cosmetic device has two steam nozzles (hot mist nozzles) 21 and 22 for simultaneously emitting the same quantity of steam (hot mist), and the ion nozzle 24 is disposed at the intermediate position between the two steam nozzles 21 and 22.
