<p>A heat exchanger, a method for manufacturing same, and a motor vehicle comprising same are disclosed. The disclosed heat exchanger comprises: an inner pipe member through which fluid introduced from an external source flows; an outer pipe member which covers the inner pipe member to guide the fluid such that the fluid passing through the inner pipe member flows in the opposite direction along the outside of the inner pipe member and is discharged to the outside; a heat-dissipating member arranged outside the outer pipe member to exchange heat with the air; and a case member which accommodates the heat-dissipating member.</p> |
