The invention relates to an injected sole for footwear with means for attaching interchangeable elements, consisting of a body provided with recesses along the peripheral edge thereof and with protruding side nubs which are produced during the same injection process, said nubs serving as releasable retaining elements for an interchangeable upper element having openings in positions opposite the nubs to which they are to be coupled. In addition, the upper surface of the sole is provided with protruding nubs arranged in a particular distribution pattern, which nubs are produced during the same injection process. Furthermore, the body includes a peripheral welt. The nubs on the upper surface of the sole form releasable retaining elements for an insole which is to be housed in the welt and is provided with openings arranged in the same distribution pattern as the nubs on the sole, the elements being connected by inserting a nub inside the corresponding opening.
