PURPOSE: An object classifying unit according the characteristics of a semiconductor chip and an LED chip is provided to rapidly and accurately measure the property of an object. CONSTITUTION: A supply unit(110) provides a target member in which an object is integrated. A test unit(130) measure the property of the object while the object is rested on the target member. A sorting unit(150) classifies the object according to the measurement result of the objects. The test unit is vertical to the sorting unit while the supply unit moves up and down between the test unit and sorting unit.
