<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate nerves at the most effective timing for a pain with pulsation and to extend the life of a battery by reducing necessary energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The circulatory dynamics such as the electrocardiograph, pulse waves and cardiac sounds are measured to treat the pain with pulsation such as of the migraine or cluster headache, and the strength of stimulation of stimulation signals for stimulating the nerves is intensified. If there is metabolic need or body activity in this state, the strength of stimulation of the stimulation signals is further intensified.
