<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a seat card provided with a storage case that suppresses cost required for production and table setting and enables a guest to easily read a menu and a message. <P>SOLUTION: The seat card 1A has a storage case 2A and a cover sheet 3A. The cover sheet 3A is wrapped around the storage case 2A so as to extend from the inside 5b of the opening/closing lid 5 of the storage case 2A, via the outside 5d of thereof, to the periphery surface 2a of the case body 20 of the storage case 2A. In the cover sheet 3A, an area covering the inside 5b of the opening/closing lid 5 has a message display portion 6, an area covering the outside 5d thereof has a guest name display portion 7, and an area covering the case body 20 has a menu display portion 9. Since the display portions 6 to 9 are provided on the one surface of the cover sheet 3A, printing is easy and a production cost is suppressed.
