<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial transaction processing system capable of continuing processing of a financial transaction to a financial institute, even when a system of the financial institute in a relay side stops service because of plan stoppage, a disturbance, a disaster or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This financial transaction processing system includes a transaction agency response server 120, and a mobile server 230, the mobile server 230 transmits account information 252 extracted from an account line system 220 to the transaction agency response server 120 via a network 440, and the transaction agency response server 120 determines the propriety of the financial transaction, using information of account information 143 transmitted from the mobile server 230, in a request of the financial transaction to a financial institute center 200 which has received from an ATM 300 via a relay system 110, when the financial institute center 200 stops its service, and executes transaction agency response service of giving the response of transaction permission response to the relay system 110, in place of the financial institute center 200, when transaction-executable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
