PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and simply estimate an article.

SOLUTION: A business support system 100 determines whether there is a change in scheduled delivery because of a specification change if the specification is changed after receiving an order of an article. The system includes a change component specifying part 11 which compares a list of components of an article before a change of specification with a list of components after a change of the specification to identify a component added or deleted from the specification before the change, an arrangement component determination part 12 for specifying a component which requires arrangement, a scheduled delivery estimating part 13 which estimates a scheduled delivery time of the component determined to be arranged, and a delivery delay determination part 14 for determining whether a delay occurs or not about a scheduled delivery time by comparing scheduled delivery times before and after the change of the specification based on the scheduled delivery time and the existing progress information related to the specification before change.
