摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag which stores information with a transistor and a capacitor and which does not need refresh operation. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a capacitor and a buffer. One of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to an input terminal. The other of the source and the drain is electrically connected to one of the source and the drain of the first transistor and one of the source and the drain of the third transistor. The other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to one electrode of the capacitor and an input of the buffer. The other electrode of the capacitor is electrically connected to a reference voltage terminal.
