PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printhead capable of recycling waste ink. SOLUTION: The printhead 20 for use in an imaging device includes: a reservoir 61 configured to receive ink from an ink source; an aperture plate 140 including a plurality of inkjet apertures 134; and a jet stack 100. The printhead includes: recycle pockets 158 configured to capture the waste ink ejected from the inkjet apertures 134; and recycling apertures 150 formed in the aperture plate 140 in the recycle pocket 158 so as to draw the captured waste ink into the reservoir 61.
