PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a sealing auxiliary agent to seal member of an atmosphere opening mechanism. SOLUTION: In the atmosphere opening mechanism 204, when the seal member 234 is pressed against a stepped part 222a side of a holder 222 by a valve body 232 of a valve member 231, an atmosphere opening passage 220 is covered, and the valve body 232 moves inside with the seal member 234 by pushing in an opening/closing member 233 of the valve member 231 from external and the atmosphere communication passage 220 is opened. A deformable auxiliary agent holding member 250 for holding the sealing auxiliary agent is inserted in the seal member 234. The auxiliary agent holding member 250 is also crushed with the seal member 234 being crushed during atmosphere interception.
