PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable solid electrolytic capacitor that prevents leakage currents from increasing to mechanical stress under manufacturing processes and thermal stress in packaging, and has a low equivalent series resistance. SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode body 3; a first-conductivity-type polymer layer 5 formed at least at a corner of the anode body 3; a second-conductivity-type polymer layer 6a formed on the entire surface of the anode body 3; and a graphite paste layer 7a and a silver paste layer 7b successively formed on the second-conductivity-type polymer layer 6a.
