<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-axis detecting angular velocity sensor whose output signals do not fluctuate and are improved in accuracy even when an impulsive load in any of an X-axis direction, a Y-axis direction, and a Z-axis direction is applied to the acceleration sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This three-axis detecting angular velocity sensor is so constituted as to damp unwanted vibrations in the directions of the three axes of the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis of its angular velocity detecting element 20 by a vibration isolating member 71.
