PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic device equipped with a mist generator allowing the discharging part to discharge stably. SOLUTION: A second electrode part 82 is columnar, and electric discharge is carried out between the second electrode part and first electrode parts 80, 81. The axial direction (the longitudinal direction) of the second electrode part 82 is arranged along an axis line Ln of the first electrode parts 80, 81. In addition, the second electrode part 82 is disposed on the same axis line Ln as the first electrode parts 80, 81. The second electrode part 82 is retained by a pin plate 84 as a retaining member.
