<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that there is a possibility that a temperature is not uniform by using a plurality of heating elements, and the temperature of a sample is fluctuated by a wind, especially an air turbulence generated by a rotation of the placement table in a method for heating the sample placed on the conventionally-used placement table. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A spectrometric measurement apparatus has: the placement table for circularly placing a plurality of the samples, and rotated on the center of the circle; the annular ring heating elements disposed under the placement table without a space along a trajectory of the rotation; a chamber for accommodating the placement table and the ring heating elements, and internally maintaining a constant atmosphere; a spectrometric measurement glass window provided in the chamber; and a spectrometric measurement unit for the measurement. A plurality of the samples placed on the placement table can be uniformly heated. The accurate spectrometric measurement can be conducted. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
