<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organosilicon compound which has a structure such as an amide bond, a urethane bond and a urea bond, excels in compatibility with a resin, and contains a photopolymerizable functional group with a reduced content of chlorine and a method for producing the same.
