A method for implementing dirty paper pre-coding by using phase shaping anew on a transmitter includes that: an interference signal is subtracted from a target signal to obtain a difference signal; the size for constellation expanding is determined according to amplitude related information of the interference signal and the target signal; according to the determined constellation size for constellation expanding, an original constellation block of the difference signal is expanded and mapped to an expanded constellation block with the determined constellation size though constellation expanding process, wherein the expanded constellation block is expanded in proportion to closer to a constellation coordinate origin than the original constellation block; the phase shaping anew is performed to each constellation point corresponding to the expanded constellation block of the difference signal, wherein the phase shaping anew makes the constellation point of the difference signal corresponding to a special constellation point of the target signal to be mapped to constellation quadrant be same as the special constellation point. |
