Disclosed is a novel therapeutic agent for interstitial pneumonia, which is reduced in the risk of adverse side effects. Specifically disclosed is a therapeutic agent for interstitial pneumonia, which comprises, as an active ingredient, a complex produced by conjugating an antibody capable of binding to folate receptor-ß (FRß) with a cytotoxin or a cytotoxic agent.
