PURPOSE: A container tracking system is provided to ensure the traceability of a container regardless of extremely low temperature and a battery with a low capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A transferring unit(3) is connected with a container(2) and a ground controlling unit(4) through a communication system(5). The transferring unit includes a position determining unit(7), an alarming unit, and a communication unit. The alarming unit detects an alarmed state related to the container. The communication unit generates a tracking signal including alarming information related to the container.
