A fibre optic connector has connector plug(s) 10 and resilient leg(s) 20 depending from the connector plug and having one or more lugs 25 formed thereupon for engagement with a flange of a fibre optic socket; and a guard cover 30 positioned over the resilient leg to inhibit depression and which is formed integrally with the connector plug(s). A kit comprising the connector and an associated tool (100, Figure 3) or a cap for removal of the connector from a socket is also disclosed. |
