PURPOSE: A hair beauty art utensil is provided, which enables a user to continually recycle a hair beauty art utensil by charging dyeing material. CONSTITUTION: A hair beauty art utensil comprises: a pair of dyeing material housing(400) facing with each other; a dyeing material path(200) which is combined with a nozzle of a tube and extended upward; a hair treating part(110) which is equipped with comb teeth and is perpendicular to the dyeing material path; and a joint(300) which is combined with the upper end of the dyeing material housing by a pin and settles the dyeing material path thereinside.
