PURPOSE: A snoring and sleep apnea preventing band is provided, which removes a side effect due to operation and makes use of an oral apparatus or positive airway pressure unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A snoring and sleep apnea preventing band comprises: a line(10) which is exhausted from the mouth after being inserted through the nostrils; and a locking device(20) capable of pulling and release operation of the line. The locking device comprises: a first through-hole(22) which passes through the line in order to lift uvula; a second through-hole(23) for passing the line through after discharging the line out of the mouth; a container(21) controlling the movement of the line; and a push unit(26) in which the movement of the line is controlled.
