COMPATABILIZER FOR POLYAMIDE/CARBONNANOTUBE NANOCOMPOSITE AND POLYAMIDE/CARBONNANOTUBE NANOCOMPOSITE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A compatibilizer for a polyamide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite, and the polyamide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite are provided to remarkably improve the mechanical property and the electric property of the nanocomposite. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide/carbon nanotube nanocomposite contains a poly thiophene-g-poly(tert-butyl acrylate-co-acrylic acid) copolymer. A producing method of the poly thiophene-g-poly(tert-butyl acrylate-co-acrylic acid) copolymer comprises the following steps: producing 2-bromo-2-methylpropionic acid 2-thiophen-3-yl-ethyl ester by reacting 3-thiophene ethanol and 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide; producing a poly thiophene backbone by reacting the outcome from the previous step with 3-hexylthiophene; producing poly thiophene-g-poly(tert-butyl acrylate) by atomic transfer radical polymerizing tert-butylacrylate using the poly thiophene backbone as a microinitiator; and hydrolyzing the poly thiophene-g-poly(tert-butyl acrylate).
