PURPOSE: A joint flange for a vehicle pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be easily applied in a limited space by the free adjustment of pipe position. CONSTITUTION: A joint flange for a vehicle pipe comprises a joint flange(10), a bent pipe(20), and a calking washer(30). The upper side of the joint flange is opened and is formed a groove inside. One side of the joint flange is cut and is formed with an inner groove. The bent pipe is inserted into the inner groove of the joint flange. The calking washer is inserted between the joint flange and the bent pipe. The calking washer prevents the relative rotation of the bent pipe.
