<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural medicinal effect ingredient carrying out prophylaxis or amelioration of thrombogenesis or deterioration of blood circulation by thrombi and to provide a medicine and a food comprising the ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal effect ingredient is mainly a new ingredient contained in Ganoderma atrum, Ganoderma japonicum, Ganoderma sinense, etc., or an extract therefrom. The ingredient is a substance exhibiting the maximum of absorption at 280-330 nm and containing an aromatic ring in the molecule. A solution of an ethyl acetate-soluble part of the ingredient is coloring.
