An antifouling polypropylene resin composition that exhibits a high degree of antifouling property is provided. An antifouling polypropylene resin composition which contains a polypropylene resin, a silicone oil having a polar group, and a compatibilizing agent that improves compatibility between the silicone oil having the polar group and the polypropylene resin, in which the silicone oil having the polar group is dispersed in the polypropylene resin.
