PURPOSE: A looper exercise device is provided, which improves strengthening of the Articulatio talocruralis and flexibility of the pelvis and promotes user's health by relieving backbone and costa. CONSTITUTION: A looper exercise device comprises: a breast support and an abdomen support which supports the portion from the breast to the lower abdomen; a support protrusion of a reverse triable shape which is closely adhered to the surface; a hanging jaw which receives the power in order to make the breast go forward while pushing the exercise device; a pressure plate eliminating the abdominal muscle by friction; and a wheel installed at the bottom of the abdomen support base.
