A power tool includes a tool holder rotatable with respect to the housing, a collar rotatable with respect to the housing, a circuit board rotatably fixed with respect to the housing, and a lighting element operatively connected to the circuit board and adjacent to the tool holder in a recess of the collar and located to illuminate a workpiece machined by the power tool.
