PURPOSE: A floor hinge assembly is provided to facilitate construction, improve functional effect, and perform operation without stress applied on components. CONSTITUTION: A floor hinge assembly comprises an upper plate(240a), a lower plate(240b), a piston, a check valve(270), and a pressure control bolt. The upper plate and the lower plate are installed on the upper part and the lower part of a cam. The cam is integrated with a hinge shaft(220). The upper plate and the lower plate moves according to the eccentric rotation of the cam. A fixture piece is formed in the piston. The fixture piece is inserted between the upper plate and the lower plate. The piston advances and retreats in a cylinder of a casing(210). The check valve is installed in the supply passage formed inside the piston. The pressure control bolt is installed in a discharge passage formed in the casing. |
